Our services

Mach Studios designs, builds, and maintains done-for-you AI workflow automation for businesses across the United States and Canada. The scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms if there is a conflict.

Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code on this site are owned by Mach Studios or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of custom systems we build for clients is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.

Free automation audit

A free automation audit is an informational assessment. It does not obligate either party to enter into a paid engagement, and any recommendations are offered in good faith without a warranty of specific results.

Third-party services

Our work and this site may rely on third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

Payments

Fees for paid engagements are set out in your agreement. Payment details are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Charges are authorized in accordance with your signed agreement and may include recurring charges where applicable.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mach Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
